Our journey started humbly, with a few chickens, a garden, and a couple of curious mini horses. Before long, it grew into something greater. We began raising heritage breed sheep, caring for rare Caspian horses, and welcoming others who longed for the peace, purpose, and fulfillment that come with homesteading. Little Acorn Ranch is where homestead meets heritage—a place to learn, to grow, and to remember.

As a fourth-generation farm grandmother, Patricia carries forward a legacy built on hard work, faith, and an unshakable connection to the land. This isn’t just her story, but a continuation of the wisdom, resilience, and traditions of the women and men who came before her. With decades of hands-on experience and generations of knowledge passed down, she has spent her life immersed in the rhythms of rural life—from raising animals and preserving food to practicing fiber arts and teaching others about traditional farm practices.
